Refund Policy

Overview

All payments on CreatiCV are non-refundable.
Please review your plan carefully before subscribing.

❗ No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans

  • This includes partial usage or unused time

Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.

🔔 Cancellation Notice

If you want to cancel your subscription:

  • You must cancel at least 1 month before your next billing date

If you cancel later than this period, the subscription may renew for the next billing cycle.

🔄 After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • After that, your account will return to the Free plan

⚠️ Important

  • Downgrading is not available

  • Basis plan requires a minimum of 2 months

  • Pro plan requires a minimum of 3 months
