Billing & Payments

Overview

Billing and payments are handled automatically based on your subscription plan.
You can easily view your payments and download invoices at any time.

💳 Payments

When you subscribe to a paid plan (Basis or Pro):

  • You will be charged automatically

  • Payments follow your billing cycle (monthly or yearly)

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled

🔄 Subscription Rules

Please note:

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time

  • Downgrading is currently not available

  • Basis plan requires a minimum of 2 months

  • Pro plan requires a minimum of 3 months

📜 Payment History

You can view all your past payments:

  1. Go to the left sidebar

  2. Click Payment History

There you can:

  • See all transactions

  • Check payment dates and amounts

🧾 Invoices

You can download invoices anytime:

  1. Go to the left sidebar

  2. Click Invoices

There you can:

  • View all invoices

  • Download them as PDF

🔁 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

If you do not want to continue, you can cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period after cancellation
